Each registration fee (full, author, student) includes 1 ticket for the welcome reception and 1 ticket for the symposium dinner. Technical visit is not included in the registration fee. Tickets are on sale at 40 euro (must be purchased in advance).

Cancellation - Replacements - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 19 September 2011 at the latest, a refund of 75 % of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. CDR's will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference secretariat is notified in advance.
Conference dinner tickets, reception tickets and technical visits are not refundable.
