Full and author registration fees include :
Access to conference, access to opening ceremony on Septembre 20, welcome reception on September 20, coffee breaks, 1 copy of proceedings bound volume, online access to symposium papers, lunches, symposium dinner on September 21, bus transportation between Montparnasse and conference centre (EDF laboratories in Clamart)

Student registration fee includes :

Access to conference, access to opening ceremony on Septembre 20, welcome reception on September 20, coffee breaks, 1 copy of proceedings bound volume, online access to symposium papers, lunches, bus transportation between Montparnasse and conference centre (EDF laboratories in Clamart). Symposium dinner on September 21 is not included in student registration fee. it can be ordered in extra charges (70 euros)

ISCD 2009 papers are available online for registrants (you receive your login and password once you are registered)

Extra charges :

extra copy of proceedings bound volume : 60 euros per copy

extra ticket for conference dinner on September 21 (included in full and author fees) : 70 euros

extra ticket for welcome reception on September 20 (1 ticket is included in all registration fees) : 40 euros

Technical visit at "Soufflerie Eiffel" on September 23 : 30 euros per person

Cancellation - Replacement - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by August 14, 2009, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. Literature will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time provided that conference secretariat is notified in advance. Cancellations after August 14, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
