EMF 2009 Registration rates (conference will be held on May 27, 28 and 29; tutorial on May 26)

To receive the early bird discount, payment must be received on or before April 13, 2009.

To receive the student rate, you must send a proof of your student-ID together with your registration form, the participant must be 30 year-old maximum. The number of student registrations is limited. Authors who are also students (30 year old maximum) can register at student rate.

Author/ full/ student registration fees include : access to conference, coffee breaks, 1 copy of cd-rom proceedings (sent after the conference), 1 copy of proceedings bound volume (abstracts), all lunches, typical dinner and welcome drink on May 26th, guided visit and gourmet dinner in Vicoforte on May 27th, guided visit and gourmet dinner in Langa & Roero on May 28th, bus transportation for guided visits, bus transportation between Torino Airport (Caselle) and Mondovi (2 journeys per participant).

Bus transportation : 3 busses between Torino Airport (Caselle) and Mondovi will be organized by EMF 2009 organization
2 from Torino Airport to Mondovi : 1 on May 25th (departure 18h) and 1 on May 26th (departure 18h)
1 from Mondovi to Torino airport on May 29th (departure 16h) 
We remind you that the tutorial will be held on May 26, but the main conference will only start on May 27.

Bus meeting points :
At Torino Airport on May 25 and 26 : Exit of arrival, parking for bus : Bus Gunetto for EMF 2009
In Mondovi : for evening dinners and departure on May 29 : Piazza repubblica

For participants who won't be able to take these busses, it is possible to reach Mondovi by train. There is an airport shuttle from airport to Torino Station. There are direct trains between Torino Station and Mondovi Station.

Cancellation - Replacement - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by April 27, 2009, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. Literature will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time provided that conference secretariat is notified in advance. Cancellations after April 27, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
