´ PROGRAMME OVERVIEW    

REGISTRATION

´ SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION FEE
IT HAS TO BE PARTICULARLY POINTED OUT THAT THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES FULL BOARD ACCOMMODATION* IN THE CENTRE PAUL LANGEVIN (SYMPOSIUM VENUE) from June 19 (dinner) to June 23 (breakfast).
The symposium registration fee is as follows : 800 € (reduced to 675 € for one author per paper and for members of the International Scientific Committee) provided that registration is received and paid before  May 19 2006. For registrations and payments received after May 19 2006, the fees would respectively be 900 € and 775 €.
Part-time registration will not be accepted.

This includes :
- the admission to the Symposium sessions
- a copy of the book of summaries
- a copy of the Symposium proceedings (a CD Rom will be sent after the Symposium)
- the full board accommodation in the Symposium venue
- the shuttle service between Modane and Aussois (see timeschedules)
- the coffee breaks
- the welcome drink on Monday June 19
- the cocktail party on Tuesday June 20
- the gala dinner on Wednesday June 21

´ TUTORIAL REGISTRATION FEE
THE TUTORIAL REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES FULL BOARD ACCOMMODATION* IN THE CENTRE PAUL LANGEVIN (SYMPOSIUM VENUE) from June 18 (dinner) to June 19 (lunch).The fee for the tutorial session is 250 € for people not attending the Symposium. Reduced fee for students : 135 €.
Participants regularly registered for the Symposium are granted a reduced tutorial fee of 185 €.

This includes :
- the attendance at the tutorial
- the full board accommodation in the Symposium venue
- a copy of the tutorial notes.

´ COMPANION REGISTRATION FEE
Participants who intend to register a companion are kindly requested to accordinly fill in their registration form. Registration fee for companions sharing the participant's room and not attending the Symposium  : 360 €.
Part-time registration will not be accepted.

This includes :
- the full board accommodation in the Symposium venue
- the coffee breaks
- the welcome drink on Monday June 19
- the cocktail party on Tuesday June 20
- the gala dinner on Wednesday June 21

´ CANCELLATIONS
For written cancellations received by the Symposium Secretariat 2 weeks prior to the event, 75 % of the registration fee will be refunded.

* appartments with entrance hall and two double rooms equipped with a wash-basin each, a shower, toilets and a balcony for both
