For student from UA doctoral school (Antwerp doctoral school), proof of student status must also be proof of UA doctoral school status (Dept. of Biomedical Sciences or Faculty of Medicine ONLY).To get BeSHG (Belgian Society of Human Genetics) or BVS/SBS (Belgian Statistical Society) discount, you must be member for 2010. Your member status will be checked directly on members lists. This discount won't be applied to non BeSHG or BVS/SBS members. One participant can't get BeSHG plus BVS/SBS discount, in this case, only one discount will be applied.
Please note that UA doctoral school discount and BeSHG and BVS/SBS member discount won't be applied for registrations after 25 June 2010.

Tickets for conference dinner (26 August 2010) can be bought via conference registration form. Price per ticket is 45 euros. We strongly recommend to buy conference dinner tickets in advance of the conference, as number of seats could be limited on site.
Cancellation - Replacement - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by July 12, 2010, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time provided that conference secretariat is notified in advance. Cancellations after July 12, 2010 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Conference dinner tickets are not refundable.
