Welcome reception
A welcome reception will be held on 25 August in the conference location. Participation in this reception is included in the registration fee. Conference dinner (number of participants could be limited)  | Conference dinner "Guided Tour : Leuven in 3 courses" will be organized on 26 August at 19.00 hrs.
An original and tasteful walk through Leuven. You are invited to a three-course menu in three different Leuven restaurants with their own stories and tales. While strolling from dish to dish, you will encounter beautiful interesting places in this University City and hear funny and juicy stories about Leuven and its old and new inhabitants.

Duration : 19.00 hrs - 22.30 hrs.
Price : 45 € per participant. Tickets can be bought via the conference registration form. We strongly recommend to buy your conference dinner ticket in advance of the conference. Tickets might be unavailable onsite.
Conference dinner ticket includes : guide, aperitif, main course with matching drinks, dessert with coffee or tea. The tour will be guided in English.
