Litterature / Proceedings

A copy of the CD-Rom including all the reports presented during the oral and poster sessions is included in the registration fee. Moreover, bound volumes of the proceedings are on sale for a price of 50 euros per copy. They will be distributed upon participants' arrival at the Conference center. Would you intend to purchase one or more copy(ies), please fill in your registration form accordingly.

Price of proceedings for non participant :

CD-rom with all accepted papers : 50 euros + mailing charges

Proceedings bound volume : 80 euros + mailing charges

CD-rom + bound volume : 120 euros + mailing charges

Presentations

Oral presentations : Each oral presentation should last for 12-15 minutes and allow 5-8 minutes for questions.

We request PowerPoint presentations or PDF. These presentations will be displayed via a projection system from a computer belonging to the symposium technical staff. Presenters are not allowed to use their own laptop for their presentation.

All oral presenters are asked to send their presentation by email at c.dizier@aim.skynet.be for Monday December 3rd at the latest.
