To get the early bird reduced fee, registration must be received AND PAID before September 1 2009.

Registration fee includes :
Access to 3 days of conference, 1 copy of LNCS proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches on October 14 and 15, 1 access to welcome reception on October 13, conference bag and badge.

Extra tickets for welcome reception can be bought for accompanying person through registration form (30 euros per ticket)

Cancellation - Replacement - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by September 11, 2009, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. Literature will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time provided that conference secretariat is notified in advance. Cancellations after September 11, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
